Lauren Miller, LPC-IT
Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor In-Training (LPC-IT) who supports adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, postpartum and prenatal challenges, stress, and trauma. Lauren anchors her practice in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy techniques, and draws on multiple therapeutic methods to best suit the person and situation.
In this space, authenticity and empathy are always held in high regard. Lauren strives to create and maintain a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can work toward clarity, healing, and the truest version of yourself, without pressure or predetermined paths. Lauren earned her Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Mount Mary University, with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health.
