Mission

Why this exists

Reaching out is hard, and waiting for an appointment is harder. This site is a free, credible place to start right away: practical coping, plain-language education, and where to find care locally. And a link anyone can share with someone who needs it.

It is education, not therapy, and it does not collect personal information, so it is safe to pass along to a friend, a family member, or a whole team.

What this is, and is not

  • It is free education and a resource directory.
  • It is not therapy, medical advice, or a crisis service.
  • It does not collect personal health information.
Who is behind it

Brought to you by Ellie Mental Health

Brought to you by Ellie Mental Health, Greater Milwaukee Area. Every tool, article, and resource here is created and owned by licensed clinicians, so you are only getting guidance from people who do this work every day.

Ellie is listed first in Find Care and labeled as this site's sponsor. Then come the other clinics and resources we would recommend. This site is a neutral guide, not a funnel to one clinic.

To add: named clinical lead(s) and a short Ellie Mental Health credit blurb.
The team

Clinicians and curators

Every listing and article on this site is reviewed by a person before it appears. The team behind that review will be introduced here.
